There are lots of folks that will tell you what you can and can not do. We at Bootleg BBQ don't play that! Heck, we are Bootleg BBQ! So when it comes to sauce we let you decide! You're eating it, you should! Being wheat intolerant and Keto myself, I have worked hard to make a product everyone can love and feel great after eating. So we don't add sauce to any of our meats, we are a dry rub & smoke kinda place. If you want sauce go for it! We might even be coming up with some of our own one day!

Shipping
We are shipping meat be careful!
We work hard to ensure an amazing experience with our BBQ! If you are shipping your meat please note:
1. Make sure you are home when the package is delivered so you can put it in the fridge right away.
2. Ship meat in the colder seasons for best results. Avoid Mid June to Mid Aug.
3. We ship everything frozen in vacuum-sealed 1 lbs bags and we ship air overnight via Purolator. Most customers say it is still frozen when they get it.
4. If it takes more than one day to get to you please make sure it is 4C/40F or under, if not it should be thrown away or eaten at your own risk.
5. Follow the reheating instructions in the description of each type.
6. If you are concerned it could take longer than one day, we supply an insulated box for all air shipments that keeps our food frozen for 48 hours.
