Heating instructions:
Bag (recommended): Place bag in a pot of water on Med to high heat for 20–30 min till meat is at least 74 °C / 165 °F
Oven: Remove meat from bag and cook in an oven-safe pan covered with tin foil at 350 °F for 20–30 min or until meat is at least 74 °C / 165 °F
Microwave: Remove meat from the bag and place in a microwave-safe dish. Heat until 74 °C / 165 °F, turning occasionally. Look out for hot spots when eating.
