Heating instructions:
Bag (Recommended):
Place bag in a pot of water on med to high heat for 20-30 min till meat is at least 74C/165F
Oven:
Remove meat from bag and cook in an oven-safe pan covered with tin foil at 350 deg f for 20-30 min or till meat is at least 74C/165F
Microwave:
Remove meat from the bag and place it in a microwave-safe dish. Heat till 74C/165F turning occasionally. Look out for hot spots when eating.
