Heating instructions:
Bag : Place bag in a pot of water on Med to high heat for 25–35 min till meat is at least 74 °C / 165 °F
Oven (Recommended): Remove ribs from bag and place in an oven-safe pan covered with tin foil at 300 °F for 25–35 min or until meat is at least 74 °C / 165 °F
Microwave: Remove ribs from the bag, cut into sections, and place in a microwave-safe dish. Heat until 74 °C / 165 °F, turning occasionally. Look out for hot spots when eating.
